FreeShuttle Bus
The Gausta Express operates continuously during Gaustabanen's opening hours between Gaustablikk Mountain Resort, Gaustabanen and Stavsro.
The Mountain Bus operates between Rjukan and Gaustabanen.
Gaustabanen is open year round, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Tickets can be purchased online or at the lower station or the summit station. Tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and can be used during regular opening hours. Travel with Gaustabanen is subject to the standard boarding queue.
